Light and darkness, development and decline, glory and downfall – under the distorted order and peace brought about by capitalism, a special zone where only a handful of elites have monopoly on wealth, education and safety. One man who intervenes in this zone from outside reason. His name is Fuwano Nagi, a man who was born and raised in the slums and was destined for a life of loserhood, one day receives an invitation to paradise. It is the right to enter Sakuramoto Academy, an educational institution where only the elite are allowed to study, and only one person per year, regardless of circumstances, can attend. If he graduates, he will receive great status, honor and rights. In front of Nagi, who is aiming to turn his life around, negative emotions and schemes against the unworthy outsiders swirl. Standing in their way are the outstanding figures of the student council who rule the school – Isshiki Kanade, the charismatic president of the elite school and head of an aristocratic family that controls Japan from behind the scenes; Tateshina Eve, a trickster who has mastered aikido and is on a top-secret mission for the National Police Agency; Yato Kukuru, a rare engineer with overwhelming financial power ; and Nagi, along with her sister Tohri from the same town, Nagi and her sister-in-law Tohri, challenge themselves daily to survive and gain glory in high society, which is a complete stranger to them.
