Microsoft has released a new update for the Xbox app on PC, though the update is currently only available for Xbox Insiders. Among other things, it lets users easily visit a recently played game’s hub and jump directly into gameplay and more easily see new releases.

The new update includes a feature called “jump back in,” which was tested back in May as part of the Game Pass tab experience. This feature shows the last nine games played in Compact Mode, letting players go to any game card which pulls up the game’s hub, and allowing them to jump into gameplay.

As for other features, part of the Home screen will now show featured content that includes new updates, upcoming game releases, and Game Pass content. That should let you more easily open the app and see the most notable new content.

Deals and discounts for games in the Microsoft Store will be rounded up collections and displayed on the home page too. The update will also bring curated lists of game recommendations based on your personal taste.

Xbox has received a steady flow of updates this past year. In June, an update let players have more personalization options for the backgrounds, such as simultaneously having both dynamic and game art ones.
