Diablo IV expands this month with the launch of its first major expansion, Vessel of Hatred. The add-on arrives on October 7, and while Diablo IV’s base game is on Game Pass, the expansion is a premium add-on for all versions of the game across Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.

There are multiple editions of Vessel of Hatred to choose from, including a collector’s edition dubbed the Ultimate edition. In this post, we’re rounding them up to help you decide which version sounds best to you. Diablo IV is available on Game Pass, but subscribers have to buy Vessel of Hatred outright. However, Game Pass subscribers save 10%, which is a nice silver lining that brings the price down a bit.
