There are a bunch of great headphone and earbud deals ahead of Amazon’s Prime Day sale next week, and one of the best can be found at Walmart. The Beats Studio3 just got a heck of a discount. Originally $350, you can wrap these around your head for just $129, a savings of $221. While this ticks all the right boxes–Bluetooth wireless, has active noise-canceling and can recharge very quickly–the big selling point here is the Apple W1 hardware.
Beats Studio 3 headsets
That allows for some top-notch ANC, a battery life of up to 22 hours, and real-time audio calibration. Beats headsets are known for having a bass-heavy soundscape, and that’s an audio identity adopted by this headset. It’s not as heavy on the bass as other Beats headsets, but it’s still there. Admittedly, it can be hard to recommend the Studio3 these days at markedly higher prices, but for $129, you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck. You’ll also get three colors to choose from: matte black, shadow gray, and white.
If you’re looking for headsets from other brands, there are some good alternatives on sale as well. Apple fans won’t want to miss out on an AirPods Pro Max headset for $399 (the best price ever for these) and Apple AirPods (gen 2) are on sale for $69. If you’re a Sony fan, you’ll want to check out the excellent WH-1000XM4 ($264, normally $348) and WH-1000XM5 ($320, normally $400) specials on right now at Walmart.
For something more compact, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live are available for $69 (normally $149), or you can pick up the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds for $113, a steep discount from their regular price of $230.
