The cult-classic Final Fantasy spin-off Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon is now available as a board game. Chocobo’s Dungeon: The Board Game officially released at Amazon on June 19. The cooperate dungeon crawler features some adorable artwork and is designed with replayability in mind–much like the Mystery Dungeon video games. You can purchase a copy of Chocobo’s Dungeon for $50 at Amazon. While you’re there, you should also check out Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Materia Hunter, a board game that releases in the US on July 31. Preorders had been sold out for months, but they are back in stock now.
While Chocobo’s Dungeon: The Board Games has existed in Japan since December 2023 and even included a multi-language rulebook with English instructions, this week’s release is the first at a major retailer in the US.
