One of the rarest skins in Overwatch 2 is making its return and all of its sales are going to charity. The Pink Mercy skin has returned to Overwatch 2 for the first time since 2018, along with a new Rose Gold variant and the money from its sales are being donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF.)

Announced in a blog post, the Pink Mercy skin will be available for purchase from June 25 to July 8, costing $15, the same price it was back in 2018. All of the money, excluding taxes and platform fees, will be donated to the BCRF. During that same period a second charity bundle will be available, the Rose Gold Mercy Bundle. This bundle costs $20 and features the Rose Gold Mercy skin and weapon skin, along with three player icons, sprays, and banners. All proceeds from that bundle will also be donated to charity. It’s important to note that since the proceeds are going to charity, these bundles can’t be bought with Overwatch Coins and must be bought as a direct purchase.

The new Rose Gold Mercy skin will also be available, with all of the proceeds going to charity as well.

The Pink Mercy skin quickly became one of the rarest and most sought-after skins in Overwatch, thanks to its limited availability. It was only on sale for a short period of time and at the time it was one of the few skins that was being sold for direct purchase instead of being included in loot boxes. It also hasn’t been available since 2018, so anyone who started playing Overwatch since that time hasn’t even had a chance to get it.

According to Blizzard, the last time the Pink Mercy skin was sold it raised $12.7 million for the BRCF and it still holds the record for the largest single donation. Overwatch 2 Season 11, Super Mega Ultrawatch, launches on June 20, just a few days before the Pink Mercy skin returns to the store.
