As part of the June Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced the next sport coming to Nintendo Switch Sports. Basketball will come to the sports game this summer as part of a free update.

Players can take part in 2v2 local and online matches, or try their hand at a three-point challenge. There is also a five-street battle mode. Check out the trailer below to learn more.

Basketball will become just the latest sport in Nintendo Switch Sports, adding to golf, soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis, badminton, and Chambara.
